At Safelight Berlin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronic gear and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Safelight

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping point; please keep your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
